Rates & Reservations
We have reserved a limited number of rooms for the special room rate of $230, plus tax, for attendees. You may utilize this rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference, pending availability. Please be sure to book early to ensure availability. This special rate expires on Friday, September 26, 2008! Please contact the hotel reservations department directly at 512.329.4000 and identify yourself as part of the Aon eSolutions Group. Guests
A special guest package will be offered that entitles your guest to attend the Golf outing for $75 & Tuesday dinner and entertainment event for a fee of $75. Please indicate on the registration form if a guest will accompany you to either event. Since alcoholic beverages will be provided at the Tuesday night function, children are not permitted to attend.

Transportation
Barton Creek is located 18 miles from the Austin Bergstorm International Airport. The hotel provides an in-house system of transportation to and from the airport. The price for ground transportation is $37 a person and reservations can be made through the resort's transportation department at 512.329.4536 or click here for the reservation form. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.

Guests arriving at the airport should proceed from the gate area to the downstairs baggage claim. Once you have your luggage, exit the door nearest baggage carousel #5. Then turn to your right and look for the sign "Hotel Courtesy Area". The Traffi c Control Offi cer is located there. Let him know you are waiting for a Barton Creek Shuttle and he will signal the driver.

Conference Attire
Resort casual attire is suggested for all Experience conference sessions and events (however, no shorts and flip-flops). Please note that the outside temperature is expected to be in the upper 80s. Evenings will be cooler and all inside venues will be air conditioned.
