The 2008 Experience Client Conference will include sessions featuring AonLine, SafetyLogic, iVOS and RiskConsole. Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to learn: formally through product demonstrations, client success stories, expert panels and presentations; and informally through guided discussions and social events where you can network with your peers.

Fees
The full registration fee for the Experience conference is $850. We will offer an early-bird discount of $750 per person to attendees that register before August 1st. For clients sending more than 3 people, the fee is $750 per person (this offer can not be combined with the early bird discount). In addition, this year’s registration deadline is September 12th, attendees wanting to register after the registration deadline, will incur a $100 per person late fee to their registration. Along with the general, breakout and hands-on sessions, your Experience conference fee includes:

• Golf outing
• Welcome reception on Monday evening
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday
• Tuesday evening entertainment
• Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday
• Refreshments throughout conference
• High-speed wireless through out the conference areas

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted on or before September 12, 2008 for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after September12, 2008. Substitutions from within the same company will be permitted if requested in writing.
